Nashville based artist and producer Charlie Peacock sits down to chat about his musical influences on this week’s Shortwave. Charlie talks about living in a former church, how he started working with The Civil Wars, and drops some knowledge about peaches. Also, Charlie tells us about working with Marc Ribot & Ravi Coltrane, describes the pain that comes with producing a record for himself, and explains how technology has drastically changed the process of recording music. Plus, Sam Ashworth and Ruby Amanfu join Charlie to play some live songs from his latest album, “No Man’s Land.”
