Andie Bolt

Andie has been a part of the UCB Theatre since early 2006. Raised on a ranch in the middle of nowhere, Andie early on found comedy and acting to be her passion, writing and performing stand-up since age 14.

 

Andie was a staff writer and actor on Fuel TV’s the Daily Habit, executive produced a YouTube premium channel sitcom last year that was nominated for 9 Streamy awards (more than any other webseries or channel) recently can be seen on Parks and Recs and has recurring role on Days of Our Lives, she also executive produces a few shows for Nerdist, one of which she hosts.

 

Additional TV Credits include Odd Jobs (pilot Original Productions) NBC’s ER , MTV’s Nick Cannon’s Short Circutz, BET’s Hell Date, National Lampoon’s Lemmings, and the BBC’s “Funny Commercials From Around the World.”

 

At UCB Andie has been on 3 different Maude teams, other shows at UCB include; Thunderbolt: a half hour of Power (her one woman sketch show), Sketch Cram, Girls Gone Blue, andAmerica’s Best Comic. Her Maude teams include Extreme Tambourine and Marvin Berry. Her all girl sketch group Tangwon the 2009 LA Improv Festival “Best Sketch Group”. They also won “Best Commercial Parody” at the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival.

 

 

Recently Andie started Red Bolt productions her own production company focusing on projects created by women.
