John Frusciante

John Frusciante is a writer, improviser, and stand-up comic. He can currently be seen every Saturday night at UCB East in the critically-acclaimed improvised show AIRWOLF: Let’s Go Back To Your Place. He has also performed in ASSSSCAT 3000, HAROLD NIGHT, MAUDE NIGHT and with the UCB Touring Company where he regularly performs for college students all across the country. John can also be heard every week as a regular guest on Citizen Radio, the international hit radio show hosted by Jamie Kilstein and Allison Kilkenny. As a stand-up comic, John has performed at clubs and theaters all over NYC and recently opened for comedian Jamie Kilstein on a multi-city tour. Writing credits include the web series “Vetting Mitt’s Veeps,” produced by UCBComedy, head writer for Slate.com’s weekly web series, “Up In Your Business”, and various sketch comedy groups at UCBTNY. John wrote the official walking tour of NYC’s Bryant Park narrated by Matthew Broderick and produced by Soundwalk.com. He has written for the websites CollegeHumor.com, Cracked.com, AmplifierMagazine.com, and ToplessRobot.com.
