EP. 62 — Every Star Wars Movie with Peter Mayhew and guest hosted by Ben Blacker!

While Matt is off getting married and honeymooned, I Was There Too will feature a special run of guest hosted episodes! This week actor Peter Mayhew joins guest host Ben Blacker to discuss playing Chewbacca in every Star Wars movie. Peter tells us about how a photo of him in a local paper lead to him getting the role of a minotaur in Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger, receiving a phone calls months later being offered a role in a little movie called Star Wars, his working relationship with Harrison Ford, the different directing styles of George Lucas and J.J. Abrams, finding the roar, and much more. It’s a must listen for any Star Wars fan!
