EP. 157 — How Do We Stay Healthy in the Age of Coronavirus? With Dr. Saralyn Mark, MD

Dr. Mark served as the Senior Policy Advisor to the White House Office of Science and Technology during the Obama administration working on the Ebola outbreak in 2014. At the Department of Health and Human Services and NASA, she was the first Senior Medical Advisor to the Office on Women’s Health.

She joined Jonathan remotely to answer his questions on how coronavirus spreads, steps we can take to improve our immune system, and the importance of personal protective equipment (PPE) for essential workers and those in the medical field on the front line fighting the war against COVID-19.

Check out Dr. Mark’s book Stellar Medicine: A Journey Through the Universe of Women’s Health.
