EP. 180.5 — Sklarbro County 85

The Mighty Boosh’s Rich Fulcher is back to kick things off on the first Sklarbro County of the new year! He chats about holiday pie eating, the first words spoken by his 18-month-old baby, and the fantastic sketch show “Snuff Box” he did with Matt Berry. Daniel Van Kirk is also here to bring us the first stories of 2014 which include an angry Dayton, Ohio wife who torches her husband’s truck due to her hatred of her Christmas gifts, a South Carolina wife who stabs her “beerless” husband with a ceramic squirrel, and an Oklahoma man who proposed to his girlfriend while an officer was trying to arrest him. Then, we get some closure for this football season from our good friend Doug Buffone. Make sure to check out the archives of Daniel Van Kirk’s NFL column over at cover32.com and don’t forget to get your tickets for the Sklar Bros one-hour special tapings at the Majestic Theatre in Madison, WI.
